Students Make & Take Home A bottle of freshly ground spices, while learning the basics and beyond of how to cook with spices and flavors, launching students into the incredible, delicious world of SPICES! Student's will learn how to: - Use whole spices - Apply techniques to extract maximum spice flavor - Toast spices perfectly - Grind whole spices from coarse to fine, and learn how & when to use their various flavor profiles - Sift & blend spices - Helpful Tips & Tricks along the way. Students Receive! - Spice blend student made in class - The main meal they made - PLUS 20% off all additional in-store spice purchases the day of class. Ages 14+ (minors must be accompanied by paid adult student)
