Learn the art of
making hot chocolate
directly from cacao beans
in this hands-on experience.
Using whole cacao beans & nibs,
you'll explore traditional methods and recipes
from around the world in preparing rich,
flavorful hot chocolate,
while discovering the journey of
cacao beans from plant to cup.
Participants will grind, melt
(using a cast iron melting pot & pestle),
and sweeten cacao bean nibs to create unique
and delicious cups of hot chocolate.
Experience hot chocolate flavors
from Paris-France, Vietnam
& Istanbul-Turkey,
where Stu & Michele recently went
on a food and spice tour.
Dairy and non-dairy options will be available.
Student's will learn how to:
